2) About Us
An about us page and contact us page have two different goals. You could choose to combine these pages, but, personally, I like the cleanliness of having two different pages. An about us page is dedicated to telling your visitor who you are, not just how to get in touch with you. This page is to brag about the history of your company and provide information about your employees. Potential clients who want to know more about you will use this page to see if you seem like a good fit for them.
One of the brilliant things about the internet is that we can find reviews for almost any product or company within seconds. Potential clients will likely want to read a few testimonials about your company before they decide to use you. Dedicating an entire webpage to testimonials is a great way to help potential clients feel like they are safe to hire you for the job.
This is not a page that every single website needs. However, if you find that you are constantly being asked the same questions, you can save yourself time, and your potential clients some energy, by creating a FAQ page. There is no wrong way to build an FAQ page. Simply think about what questions your company is commonly asked, and answer those questions. Don’t worry about having too little or too many questions.
If your business provides a service or sells a product, you need to have a webpage dedicated to selling or explaining the service.
